Halfmoon Cottage - Akaroa

Overall it was a wonderful stay out of town. The room was exceptionally clean and there were facilities, including central heating and a seating area.

Nicely appointed characterful hotel with really helpful and extremely friendly staff. Peaceful location in downtown area, right by Akaroa township, and Barry's Bay-one of the inlets that makes up the Banks Peninsula. Again, walking distance to Barrys Bay.

units with big terrasse. the staff were helpful and friendly and had a sense of humour. the location was exceptionally nice and stunning by the beautiful hills.

My room was gorgeous and comfy, no complains at all. The bathroom was spacious and good. The location was excellent, on the shore of Barrys bay, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. I loved the city and hotel, will come back.

The room I booked was warm and cozy, complete with a double bed and a beautiful living area shared with other guests and big Terrasse. All the staff were lovely, affable.

Totally exceptional stay out of town. Reasonably large, stylish room provided with a beautiful living area shared with other guests, a double bed plus big Terrasse. Exceptionally nice and peaceful location to an island which also has amazing views of Akaroa, easy to get around.

I got perfectly clean and stylish room with big terrasse. Location: the hotel was near a beautiful garden in a lovely setting with the bay across the road, the peninsula, and Akaroa and Banks Peninsula...
